When you register as a Builder, you will have access to all of the features shown above. Each feature is described below. Click a feature name, i.e., Update Profile, to see a picture. 

Update Profile : This section is used to make any changes to your company information.

Update Community : Click here to update your community information for access by clients looking for homes matching their selected criteria.

Refer an Agent : This allows you to recommend MyDesktopTeam to Realtors in your area to promote your newest communities.

My Team : Here you can build your own database record of service provider contacts for easy access.

E-Mail Suggestions: Make suggestions on how we can improve our services for future enhancements.

Power my Site: Click here to find out more about using our software to enhance your existing website.

Edit Mortgage View : Click here to view Mortgage Companies in your state or specified area.

Refer a Mortgage Company : Click here to recommend MyDesktopTeam to mortgage companies in your area so you can view their rates and associated information real-time from your desktop.

Demographics: This area will give you demographic information about the participants using this service.

Add Community : Click here to provide community and inventory information about your newest communities.

Make Announcement : This would allow you to make a broadcast announcement via e-mail to any service providers within a 25 mile radius of your office once a month. Participants can also to elect to block this feature as a recipient.

Home : This will take you back to your main administration menu.
